Claire Perry encourages the installation of Heat Pumps

Claire Perry, Minister of State at BEIS, was participating in a debate in Westminster Hall on 10 October 2018.
She declares that she would like to see people in rural areas being supported with technologies like heat pumps.
Heat pumps do not use combustion and do not contribute to carbon emissions.
Heat pumps do not use combustion and do not emit oxides of nitrogen, which are the chief cause of health issues from poor air quality.
